Best colors for text in a banner ad
The best color text to use on a banner ad depends on the background color, but in general use a light color on a dark background and a dark color on a light background. Readability of text is important, so be careful not to use similar colors for the text and the background. To make text more readable you can use a slight drop shadow, or duplicate the text layer, change the bottom layer to an appropriate color and offset it by one pixel along the x and y coordinates.
