How to place a banner ad within an email

Inserting a banner ad in an email is similar to placing a graphic within an email. Set your email program to accept html and insert the banner ad using the image tag. Remember to use a non-relative path for your banner and to have that banner hosted on a server somewhere. Test the email before you send it out to make sure the banner ad is showing up.
