How to create a pop up banner ad

Pop-up banner ads load in a separate windows and can be an effective way to offer a special on your website or advertise on a publisher’s website when no banner ad space is available. They can be created in the same fashion as a standard banner ad and saved as a GIF, JPEG, or Flash Movie.
